Every year, about 30 million tons of toxic harmful solvents are produced in the world. Although the substances are classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic to the point of chronic toxicity, there has been a lack of suitable substitutes for professional cleaning materials in the industrial sector.
Rather than relying on chemical dissolution, IFC employs a physical detachment mechanism to clean substrates. The active components within the fluids are in constant, random motion (up to 8,000 moves per second), creating a dynamic effect akin to “micro-quakes.” These dynamic movements facilitate the infiltration of water between the contaminant layer and the substrate, breaking the adhesion. As a result, the layers are effortlessly detached and lifted off, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning.
